Churchill Equity, Inc. was formed in 1987 under the name Churchill Capital, closing its first investment fund in 1989, and initially focused on providing subordinated debt capital to middle market companies. The Company expanded its focus in 1995 with the offering of its first equity capital fund, Churchill ESOP Capital Partners with $188 million of committed capital.

To date, Churchill Equity has managed over $1.2 billion in top-performing subordinated debt and equity investment funds - making investments in more than 100 companies for recapitalizations, acquisitions, buyouts and growth. The Company has completed transactions involving over 150 lenders and private equity sponsors throughout the U.S. The subordinated debt business and the name "Churchill Capital" were sold early in 2007.

Churchill Equity continues to successfully address the equity capital needs of middle market companies throughout the U.S. and Canada with revenues typically between $30-$300 million. Equity capital is provided for:

Churchill Industries is a private investment firm, independent of Churchill Equity, but sharing common ownership. Churchill Industries has invested in a diverse set of companies since making its first acquisition in 1986.
